TAMA COUNTY ARREST REPORT – 9/2-9/8

Sept. 2

Richard Derek Wolf, 49, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of parole.

Mary Alice Mitchell, 43, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for felon in control of a firearm. Mitchell was released on her own recognizance on Sept. 3.

Scott Howard Petersen, Jr., 36, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violating conditional pretrial release. Petersen was released on a surety bond Aug. 2.

Sept. 3

Brandon James Pippert, 28, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving under suspension.

Melissa Suzanne Axline, 31, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for domestic assault-bodily injury.

Levi Cruz Troxell, 26, was arrested by Tama Police Department on warrants for two counts of theft in the 2nd degree and one count of no valid drivers license.

Gary Leroy Johnston, 41, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI-2ND offense and driving on the wrong side of a 2-way highway. Johnston was released on his own recognizance Sept. 4.

Sept. 5

Falon Taris Kapayou, 21, was arrested by Tama Police Department for OWI-1ST offense and driving under suspension. Kapayou was released on her own recognizance on Sept. 6.

Dale Allen Miersen, 61, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for sex offender verification violation.

Sept. 8

Levi Cruz Troxell, 26, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of parole.

Johna Lin Smith, 35, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for two counts of theft-2ND degree, one count theft-3RD degree, and one count theft-5TH degree. Smith was released on surety bond on Sept. 8.

Andrew David Dennis, 30, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for domestic assault-bodily injury. Dennis was released on his own recognizance on Sept. 9.

Lance George Sanache, 22, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for public intoxication. Sanache was released after pleading guilty on Sept. 9.
