Aug. 26

David Michael Evans, 39, was arrested by Dysart Police Department for one count driving while barred.

Aaron Sarmiento, 30, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office for one count driving while barred.

Aug. 27

Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno, 21, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Hernandez Moreno was released for time served on Aug. 31.

Kaleb Michael Sadler, 25, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for OWI-2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, failure to maintain vehicle registration, driving under suspension, and dark window or windshield. Sadler was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 28.

Brandon James Pippert, 28, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for domestic assault-bodily injury, criminal mischief, obstructing emergency communication, driving under suspension, dark window or windshield, and operating a non-registered vehicle. Pippert was released on his own recognizance on Augu. 29.

Jessica Marie Boyles, 40, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI-2nd offense, driving under suspension, and speeding (16-20 over).

Aug. 29

Derek Darwin McCoy, 27, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for OWI-1st offense and on two warrants for failure to appear. McCoy was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 29.

Joshua James Shadow, 35, was arrested by Meskwaki Police Department for assaulting a law enforcement officer/others-no injuries, interference with official acts, trespass-1st offense, and possession of a controlled substance. Shadow was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 30.

Dustin Joseph Barkdoll, 41, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for OWI-3rd offense, driver’s license denied/revoked, possession of a controlled substance, and open container. Barkdoll was released on a surety bond on Aug. 30.

Ronald Frances Franzen, 62, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for criminal mischief.

Justin Dean Prince, 37, was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for failure to appear.

Aug. 31

Delbert Lee Parizek, 30, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for OWI-1st offense and failure to maintain control. Parizek was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 31.

Erik Jesus Andrade, 19, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred.

Sept. 2

Richard Derek Wolf, 49, was arrested by DCS for violation of parole.
