Justin Dean Prince, 37, Toledo, was arrested at 1015-112 South Prospect Drive on charges including possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana-3rd offense).

Sarah Marie Annie Hughes, 39, Tama, was arrested at Highway 30 F Avenue on charges for OWI-1st offense and driving under suspension. He was released June 17 on his own recognizance.

July 17

San Win Hlaing, 36, Tama, was arrested at 126-A West 3rd Street on charges including public intox near a school, and two counts of assault with bodily injury. He was released July 18 on his own recognizance.

July 18

Shallyn Louise Taylor, 41, Waterloo was arrested at 1504 305th Street on a warrant served by the Waterloo Police Department on charges of 3rd degree theft. She was transferred July 18.

Lang Donald Leonard, 45, Toledo, was arrested at South Prospect Drive/West Ross Street on charges including 1st offense OWI, 2nd offense possession of controlled substance, keeping vehicle or premise for controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, speeding, providing proof of financial liability and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released July 19 on his own recognizance.

James Harlold Chisolm Jr., 51, Traer, was arrested at 113 Business Highway 30 West on charges including 1st offense OWI, possession of controlled substance (marijuana, 1st offense) and open container. He was released July 19 on his own recognizance.

July 19

Shannon Jean Butterbaugh, 45, Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

A juvenile was arrested at 907 South Broadway Street on charges including disorderly conduct, 4th degree criminal mischief, trespassing and assault.

July 20

Robert Adam Todd, 38, Tama, was arrested on a warrant for charges including contempt-violation of no contact order, 3rd degree harassment and disorderly conduct. He was released July 20 on bond.

Joshua Aaron Peters, 32, Marshalltown was booked at the Tama County Jail for violation of probation. He was released July 20 on bond.
