June 5

Shane Roy Stephenson, 45, Toddville, was arrested at 34th Street/Highway 30 by the Tama Police Department for third offense OWI. He was released June 5 on his own recognizance.

Tyshawn Akeem Bryant, 30, Tama, was arrested at 206 Garfield Street by the Toledo Police Department on a charge of fourth degree theft. He was released June 5 on bond.

Lucas Gray Derr, 29, Clutier, was arrested at 315 Main Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges including assault/displaying a dangerous weapon, second offense OWI, interference with an official act, fifth degree criminal mischief and no valid drivers license.

June 7

Margaret Evelyn Britcher, 53, Iowa Falls, was arrested in the 1500 block of Highway 30 by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for driving while barred and speeding.

June 8

Billie Lee Nichols Hanson, 25, Centerville, was arrested at 100 West High Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.l

June 9

Lucas Gray Derr, 29, Clutier, was booked at the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violating conditions of pretrial release.

Aaron Michael Vodenik, 38, Garwin, was booked at the Grinnell Police Department on a warrant for charges including domestic assault with bodily injury and sexual assault with bodily injury. He was released June 10 for pretrial release.

June 11

Skyler Jerome Johnson was booked at the Marshall County Jail on a warrant for charges including second degree theft, third degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and fourth degree criminal mischief. He was released June 11 for pretrial release

Casey James Thurston was arrested at 306 Park Street on charges of driving while barred, driving under suspension, failure to provide proof of financial liability. operating a non-registered vehicle and improper registration plate lamp.

June 12

Jose Adolfo Gonzalez Ponce, 22, Des Moines, was arrested at 419 State Street by the Tama Police Department on charges including OWI, reckless driving and failure to provide proof of financial liability. He was released June 13 on his own recognizance.

Kodie Wayne Waggoner, 18, Sully, was arrested at 1494 State Highway 30 by Meskwaki Tribal Police for public intox. He was released June 13 on his own recognizance.

Ethan Lee Wyma, 19, Sully, was arrested at 1494 State Highway 30 by Meskwaki Tribal Police for public intox. He was released June 13 after pleading guilty.

July 13

Thane Ashton Wanatee, 31, Montour, was arrested in the 1850 block of State Highway 30 by the Toledo Police Department on charges including third offense OWI, driving under suspension and failure to maintain control. He was released June 13 on pretrial release.

Chance Wins Buffalo, 27, Des Moines, was arrested at Highway 30 and 120th Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.

June 14

David Sebastian Riness, 27, Tama, was arrested in the 400 block of Hall Street by the Tama Police Department on a charge of simulating public intox. He was released June 14 on bond.
