Andrew Jonathan Townsend, 34, Kansas City, Mo. was arrested in the 2600 block of State Highway 63 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for public intox. He was released May 31 after pleading guilty.

William Corea, 33, Kansas City, Mo. was arrested in the 2600 block of State Highway 63 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for public intox.

Allen Barry Landfair, 47, Tama, was arrested at 100 North Main Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for charges including first offense OWI and failure to display registration plate. He was released May 31 on his own recognizance.

Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno, 20, Marshalltown was arrested in the 1400 block of State Highway 30 by Meskwaki Tribal Police on multiple warrants and a charge of driving while barred.

Faruk Pehlic, 30, Waterloo was arrested in the 1500 block of Highway 30 by Meskwaki Tribal Police for driving while barred. He was released May 31 on bond.

Yoniert Berrio Lopez, 37, Marshalltown was arrested at Cissys by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of conditional pre-trial release.

June 4

Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 27, Gilman, was arrested at the Tama County Courthouse for violation of probation. He was released June 4 on bond.

Marlena Inez Choneska, 45, Toledo, made an initial appearance in court for driving while barred.

Dawn Dorothy Young, 43, Marshalltown, was booked at the Marshall County Jail for violation of probation and a warrant.
