Tama County Jail Bookings and Arrests

May 3

Liliana Fuentes Nunez, 19, Tama, was arrested in the 900 block South County Road by the Toledo Police Department for driving while barred.

May 4

Burton Eugene Shattuck Jr., 33, Toledo, was arrested at 114-33 South Broadway Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for a charge of first offense sex offender registration.

A juvenile was arrested at 6 Edgeland Drive by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for charges including sexual abuse and two counts of simple assault.

Jose Aluis Tzarax, 18, Tama, was arrested at West 11th Street and Harding Street by the Toledo Police Department for no valid drivers license. He was released May 4 on bond.

May 6

Maynor Prez Castro, 20, Toledo, was arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road by the Toledo Police Department for public intox. He was released May 6 after pleading guilty.

May 7

Luis Antonio Puentes-Lopez, 27, Toledo was arrested at 611 East 7th Street by the Tama Police Department for public intox-school. He was released May 7 after pleading guilty.

May 8

Carlos Villasenor Garcia, 52, Des Moines, was arrested at F Avenue and State Highway 96 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges including second offense OWI, careless driving, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and two warrants. He was released May 10 on is on recognizance.

May 9

David Earl Mask, 68, Traer, was arrested at 606 2nd Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

A juvenile was arrested at 260th Street and I Avenue by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for several warrants for charges including operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, alluding speed over 25 over the limit, failure to maintain control, failure to obey stop sign or yield row, driving while license is suspended and dark window or windshield.

May 10

Riley Aaron Evenson, 20, Dexter, was arrested at 603 Crestview Drive by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for assault with bodily injury.
