Tama County Jail Bookings and Arrests

March 21

Jeremy Steven Smith, 39, Belle Plaine was arrested in the 2900 block of E66 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on charges including possession of a controlled substance, driving while barred, failure to display registration plate, improper registration plate lamp and drug trafficking 5gm-100kg of meth.

March 22

Elizabeth Bullshoe, 33, Toledo made an initial appearance on a charge of child endangerment. She was released March 23 on bond.

Letisia Bonilaa-Perez, 29, Tama was arrested at 131-2 West 3rd Street by the Toledo Police Department on two warrants for charges including disorderly conduct-fight, interfering with official acts and 5th degree criminal mischief. She was released March 23 on her own recognizance.

Jenna Susanne Shonk, 22, Independence was arrested at 1504 305th Street by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on a charge of 5th degree theft. She was released March 23 after pleading guilty.

March 23

Jose Leonardo Morales-Ramirez, 19, Tama, was arrested at 809-3 East 4th Street by the Tama Police Department on charges including possession of controlled substances (marijuana), controlled substance schedule IV/V, assault with kuniy of a law official, possession of drug paraphernalia, abandonment/neglect of dependent person and possession of controlled substance. He was released March 24 on his own recognizance.
