DES MOINES – Senator Jeff Edler, R-State Center, was sworn in on Monday to start his second term in the Iowa Senate, representing Senate District 36.

“I’m honored to have the opportunity to be sworn in to continue serving the people of Senate District 36,” said Senator Edler.

Senator Edler is the chair of the Human Resources Committee, and also serves on the Agriculture, Appropriations, and Veterans Affairs committees. Additionally, he serves as the vice chair of the Health and Human Services Appropriations Subcommittee.
