Virtual parent-teacher conferences will continue this evening at South Tama. Here is what you need to know:

*Each parent should have a Google Meet invitation at the email you provided when you filled out the conference registration for each student from your child’s teacher.

*OR students may have a “Meet” link in the Google Meet app on their iPad for the day of your scheduled conference.

*If you log in to the “Meet” using the link invitation on your phone, you may need to download the Google Meet app.

*The “Meet” invitation will also have a phone number provided. Parents and guardians can call this number to join a parent-teacher conference without video. You will also need the “Meet” pin when you call this number.

*The teacher will need to be logged into the “Meet” before you will be able to join. Click on “Join” and wait for the teacher to join the “Meet.”
