10:38 p.m.- Christopher Lee Cungtion Jr., 27, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail., Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 30

10:53 a.m.- Devin Michael Lagrone, 19, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:13 p.m.- Alvin Moy, 67, Des Moines, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 20 west on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on May 1 at 12:08 p.m. after pleading guilty.

May 2

5 p.m.- Allison Marie Haines, 25, Gilman, arrested in the 200 block of North Mill Street, Gilman, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain control of vehicle and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 3

11:55 p.m.- Garren Edward Davenport, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Tama County Road E49 on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on May 4 at 5:36 p.m. after pleading guilty.

May 5

4:58 a.m.- Dillon Rion Graves, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Tama, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
