2:10 p.m.- Matthew Lee Moore, 37, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 23

David Scott Cunnare, 39, Ames, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release and a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on April 27 at 2:57 p.m.

April 25

1:42 a.m.- Omar Acosta-Ruiz, 34, Tama, arrested at U.S. highways 6 and 63, rural Malcom, on charges of 3rd degree kidnapping, assault causing bodily injury, driving under suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident by Tama Police.

April 27

11:54 p.m.- Colton John Kroeger, 20, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of South Main Street on a warrant for violation of probation and a charge of driving while license denied or revoked by Toledo Police. Released on april 28 at 6:07 p.m. after posting cash bond.
