Toledo Stoplight Festival being evaluated

In a social media post last week, Travis Mullen, one of the founders of the Toledo Stoplight Festival, wrote the possibility of canceling this years event is under study. The one-day event is held the Friday following the 4th of July. 2020 would mark the 11th year for the event.

Mullen posted this message- “Due to COVID-19 concerns regarding social distancing and unknown economic impacts, the Toledo Stoplight Festival committee and Chamber board is currently evaluating this year’s festival.

“We will be monitoring social distancing requirements and timeframes, as well as the ongoing economic realities of our sponsors. The committee and board will make a final decision by May 15th.”
