March 9

5:57 a.m.- Tayber Paul Eller, 25, Hubbard, Iowa, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 west on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 5 p.m. after pleading guilty.

12:29 p.m.- Trevor Keith Johnson, 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Jasper County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on March 13 at 3:10 p.m.

March 10

10 a.m.- Rainelle Jade Papakee, 22, rural Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 23 at 6:23 p.m. on surety bond.

March 11

8:52 a.m.- Elizabeth Ann Soard, 41, Dysart, arrested in the 500 block of Iowa Highway 21, Dysart, om a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 12

9:39 a.m.- Victor Lamar Webb, 45, Des Monies, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Prison on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:10 p.m.- Stacy Renee Kapayou, 43, rural Tama, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Monies, on charges of driving while barred, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

March 14

11:46 a.m.- Stephanie Lea Roeder, 33, Toledo, arrested at 295th and 300th streets on a charge of driving under suspension and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 16 at 11:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 15

12:24 a.m.- Zachary Ray Walker, 30, Toledo, arrested at I Avenue and Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of driving while license revoked and failure to display registration plate by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
