12:34 a.m.- Coleton Joseph Tompkins, 25, Montezuma, arrested in the 200 block of north Mian Street, Traer, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and speeding by the Tama?County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:57 p.m.- Byron Lee Moritz, 20, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of East State Street, Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. released on March 5 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:25 p.m.- Nathanial Brook Windelow, 39, Hampton, Iowa, arrested at the Worth County Jail, Northwood, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama?County Sheriff’s Office.

8:10 a.m.- Anthony Howard Amundson, 37, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, for violation of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 12:05 p.m
