Feb. 26

8:30 a.m.- Levi Steven Schutterle, 27, Van Horne, arrested Iowa Highway 21 and Tama County Road E44, Elberon, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Dysart Police. Released at 4:12 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:10 p.m.- Austin Jesus Sanchez, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on chagres of driving while license revoked, possession of controlled substance and on a warrant by Toledo Police. released at 11:45 p.m. on surety bond.

Feb. 27

7:45 p.m.- Jason Dwight Drew, 37, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Mian, Toledo, on charges of felon in possession of firearm, drug tax stamp violation, possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Feb. 28

5:04 a.m.- Daevon Andreas Morgan, 26, rural Tama, arrested at Battleground Road and County Road, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, drunken driving and stopping on travelled portion of roadway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 28 at 4:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5 p.m.- Nicole Lynn Sutton, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

11:58 p.m.- Todd Allen Fellan, 36, Waterloo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug and controlled substance violation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police

Feb. 29

1:57 p.m.- Ashley Kaye Turner, 32, Vinton, arrested at Iowa Highway 21, Elberon, on three warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8 p.m. after posting cash bond.

March 1

3:27 a.m.- Justin Wayne Long, 29, Fremont, Iowa, arrested in the 200 block of state street on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released at 4:30 a.m. after posting cash bond.

4:33 a.m.- John Paul Thys Jr., 55, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Two juveniles arrested in the 400 block of State Street, each charged with attempted 3rd degree burglary, possession of burglars tools and 5th degree criminal mischief by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of East 4th Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance violation, possession of alcohol under age- 1st offense, minor using tobacco / vapor product and possession of controlled substance by Tama Police.
