3:12 a.m.- Felipe S. Espinoza, 28, Des Moines, arrested in the 1800 block of P Avenue, rural Traer, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, 2nd degree theft, two counts of 1st degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, contraband / weapon in a correctional facility, fail to maintain control of vehicle, furnish contraband to inmates, and warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Feb. 9

12:12 a.m.- Brandon John Thran, 22, Reinbeck, arrested in the 400 block of Pine Street, Reinbeck, on charges of 1st degree harassment, no valid driver’s license and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:52 a.m.- Emilio Romero, 20, Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear Released on Feb. 14 at 10:30 a.m. after serving time.

Feb. 11

8:48 p.m.- Travi Dean Gethmann, 45, rural Gladbrook, arrested in the 2100 block of E Avenue, rural Gladbrook, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, two counts of failure to maintain control of vehicle, two counts of striking fixtures upon a high way and failure to provide aid / information on accident by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Lidia Mailin Roche Alamo, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at an unspecified location in the Arrest Press Log on a charge filed by the county attorney’s office of contraband / weapon in a correctional facility by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:36 p.m.- John Randall Youngbear, 32, Tama, arrested in the 900 block of Harding on two counts of willful injury causing serious injury and a charge of tempering with a witness or juror by Tama Police.

12:10 p.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 34, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.12:10 p.m.- Mina Annabeth Youngbear, 23, Davis City, Iowa, arrested on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
