8:38 p.m.- Michael David McLaren, 54, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and improper use of lanes by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 31 at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:13 p.m.- Lincoln Carroll Bartusek II, 55, Tama, arrested in the 800 block of Harmon Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, interference with official acts and public intoxication by Taam Police. Released on Jan. 31 at 1:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:48 a.m.- James Duane McClain, 58, Waterloo, arrested at I Avenue and U.S. Highway 30, rural Toledo, on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at9:50 a.m.

5:57 a.m.- Allison Kay Taylor, 30, Waterloo, arrested at I Avenue and U.S. Highway 30, rural Toledo, on a charge of interference with official acts by Toledo Police. Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:54 p.m.- Larry Robert Prusha, 38, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of Grandview Drive on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police.
