Jan. 28

8:54 a.m.- James Garrett Roberts Jr., 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:45 a.m.- Kenneth Malcolm Douglas, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on s charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 29 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:25 p.m.- Anthony James Shearer, 34, rural Tama, arrested at East 16th and state streets, Tama on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on July 29 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 29

Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of West 9th Street on two charges of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a charge of minor using tobacco / vapor product by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

1:10 p.m.- Cameron Michael Presgrove, 19, Marion, Iowa, arrested at the Buchanan County Jail, Independence, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on Feb. 6 at 4:15 p.m.

6:05 p.m.- Stacy Renee Beachler, 41, Lincoln, arrested in the 200 block of East Main Street, Lincoln, on a charge of reckless use of a firearm by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:50 p.m.- Joshua David Lee Eddington, 25, Vinton, arrested in the 100 block of north Mia, Toledo , on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Feb. 7 at 12:50 p.m.

10:54 p.m.- Daniel Arteom Dimit, 27, Monroe, Iowa, arrested at the Jasper county Jail, Newton, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jan. 30

2:40 p.m.- Michael Frank Brouillet, 48, Garwin, arrested at the Wappello County Jail, Ottumwa, on a warrant for failure to appear. released on Feb. 14 after serving time.

4:38 p.m.- Ronald Joe Breja, 51, Vinton, arrested in the 3000 block of Tama county Road E44, Elberon, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving. Released on Jan. 31 at 12:40 p. .m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:16 p.m.- Riley Joseph Clyod Vercande, 21, Traer, arrested in the 200 block of Mill Street, Traer, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Jan. 31 at 4:27 p.m.
