9:11 p.m.- Daniel Verena-Morales, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 10:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:21 p.m.- Jason Alan Glaus, 45, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 28

8:54 a.m.- James Garrett Roberts Jr., 20, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal Mischief an on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:01 p.m.- Kenneth Malcolm Douglas, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by Toledo Police.
