Dec. 21

10:55 p.m. – Jared Joe Troxell, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of South State Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 23 at 1 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Dec. 22

12:50 a.m.- Jared Joe Troxell, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, om a charge of 5th degree mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:40 a.m.- Winston Rayce Wolf, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 22 at 4:55 p.m. on unsecured bond.

11 a.m.- Jon Robert Harris, 56, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation. Release at 11:20 a.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 24

4:34 a.m.- Raul Arturo Frias, 26, Grinnell, arrested in at 305th Street and F Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 25 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:30 a.m.- Rose Lee Berankem, 37, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305ht street, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd and 5th degree theft and possession of a controlled substance, 3rd of subsequent offense. Released on Dec. 25 at 11:13 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:13 p.m.- Stephanie Morgan Webber, 38, Tama, arrested at Red Earth Drive and U.S. 30 Expressway on charges of driving while barred and vehicle insurance violation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Dec. 26

9:49 a.m.- Mickey Charles Good, 43, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of 1st Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 27 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:45 p.m.- Daniel Lee Dierks, 58, Traer, arrested in the 200 block of North Main, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and unsafe approach to a stationary vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 27 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 28

9:14 a.m.- Stephen Christopher Albert, 48, Tama, arrested at Shady Oaks road at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 30 at 11;10 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
