2:44 p.m.- Brandon Albert Thompson, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:10 p.m.- Caleb John Moyer, 29, Marengo, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 19

8:20 a.m.- Brandon Albert Thompson, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:35 p.m.- James Garrett Roberts Jr., 20, rural Tama, arrested at West 15th and McClellan on a charge of public intoxication. Released on Jan. 20 at 11:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 20

1:27 a.m.- Ezekiel Tavish Phelps, 29, West Des Moines, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Oakland Drive, Tama, on charges of driving while barred, interference with official acts, speeding, failure to use headlamps when required and on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.

9:45 a.m.- Elizabeth Papakee-Garcia, 21, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:04 p.m.- Adam Dean Bingham, 24, rural Montour, arrested in the 3000 block of Tama County Road T47, Montour, on charges of driving while barred, vehicle insurance violation, failure ot use headlamps when required and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 21 at 12:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 21

2:20 a.m.- Ezekiel Tavish Phelps, 22, West Des moines, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense.

3:37 a.m.- Darrion Jeronn Murray, 22, rural Tama, arrested at West 13th and Sesame Drive on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and vehicle insurance violation by Tama Police. Released at 12:31 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
