12:10 p.m.- Sharon Kay Warner, 60, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 3205th Street rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:49 p.m.- Elizabeth Garcia-Papakee, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of south Madison street, Montour, on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 11 at 11:20 sa.m. after pleading guilty.

5:50 p.m.- Olivia Delainia McKiernan, 18, Waterloo, arrested in the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 63, Traer, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 12

7:10 a.m.- Hellio Santos Ortiz, 19, rural Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of East High Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and possession of controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:46 p.m.- Jose Duque, 42, Tama, arrested in the 7600 block of Beautiful Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 5:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.
