Dec. 2

9:46 a.m.- Delena Paula Stands, 18, Tama, arrested at a location to noted in the Arrest Press Log on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police.

2:18 p.m.- Noe Gaytan Nunoz, 47, Des Moines, arrested at Broadway and High Street, Toledo on a charge of driving with out a license by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 3 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

4:37 p.m.- Isidro Maldonado Rios, 68, Toledo, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 3 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 3

10:29 a.m.- Sharissa Sue Zigler, 39, Tama, cited by court on a charge of contempt- violation of a no contact order filed by Tama Police.

Dec. 4

1:42 a.m.- Deacon Robert Fonua Jr., 32, rural Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of I Avenue, rural Toledo on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Released at 9 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 5

12:02 p.m.- Betty Jean Buffalo, 78, rural Toledo arrested in the 3300 block of deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Dec. 9

1:03 a.m.- Dustin Alan Brownlie, 27, Fairfax, Iowa, arrested at Business Highway 30 and 5th Street on a charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by Tama Police. Released at 10:45 a.m. on a promise to appear.

7:30 a.m.- Cody Michael Behrends, 29, Waterloo, arrested at the Story County Jail, Nevada, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:51 p.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 34, Marshalltown, arrested at the marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Dec. 12 at 12:40 p.m.
