5:50 p.m.- Christopher Lee Cungtion Jr., 26, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:31 a.m.- Jeffrey Allen Williams, 36, rural Garwin, cited by the court on charges of 5th degree criminal mischief and hunting near building / feedlot.

10:35 a.m.- Isiah Anthony Heredia, 21, Ames, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:13 p.m.- Toby Dean Williams, 51, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving without a license by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 27 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:09 a.m.- Lucian Rosea Moseley, 49, LeGrand, arrested the 200 block of Business?Highway 30 on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police.Released 7:03 a.m. on surety bond.
