3 a.m.- Diego Tomas Mejia, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 west on charges of public intoxication and false identification to law enforcement by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 29 at 8:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of Wets 9th Street on charges of interference with official acts, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

1:27 p.m.- Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr., 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.

6:32 p.m.- Jessica Jean Harrington, 42, Des Moines, arrested in the 800 block of Business Highway 30, Toledo, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 29 at 9:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:16 a.m.- Rebecca Lynn Labertew, 25, Urbandale, arrested at South County road and West Ohio Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Transferred at 1:43 p.m.

2:30 a.m.- Duquin Dwight Fleming, 31, West Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance and driving under suspension by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released ta 5:30 a.m. on surety bond.

11:36 a.m.- Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 37, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Amwood Drive on a warrant for violation of probation by Toledo Police.

12:34 p.m.- Timothy Michael Sikes, 29, Carlisle, Iowa, cited by the court of a charge of 5th degree theft filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

12:40 p.m.- Mark Anthony Young Jr., 28, Frazee, Minn., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:45 p.m.- Jazmyne Eileen Roberts, 21, rural Tama, arrested at a location not noted in the Arrest Press log on a charge of possession of controlled substance by Toledo Police.

Oct. 30

4:57 a.m.- Truman T. Tsosie, 32, Chinle, Az., arrested at East 4th and Beautiful streets on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident by Tama Police. Released at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:55 a.m.- Allen Lane Papakee, 58, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 31 at 10:26 a.m.

Juvenile – two – separate listings – arrested in the 1900 block of Tama County Road T47 on two counts each of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

12:13 p.m.- Cameron Michael Presgrove, 19, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant by Toledo Police. Shipped out at 1:49 p.m.

2:45 p.m.- Tnata Renee Macias, 45, Toledo, arrested at the Courthouse in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:19 p.m.- Jason Dwight Drew, 36, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of 1st Street, Gladbrook, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.
