8:12 a.m.- Tyler William Galloway, 25, Gilman, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo on charges of child endangerment, no injury, simple domestic abuse assault and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:12 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 26

10:15 a.m.- Christopher Lartes Proctor, 36, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2200 block of Business Highway 30, Tama, on charges of domestic abuse assault – choking / bodily injury, domestic abuse assault, 3rd or subsequent offense and driving while under suspension by Toledo Police

6:20 p.m.- Chance wins Buffalo, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 27

1:59 a.m.- Stephanie Lynn Friedstand, 34, Traer, arrested in the 900 block of 2nd street, Traer, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.
