11:40 p.m.- James Stewart Turner, 55, Lebanon, Ohio, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 21 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:54 a.m.- Bradley Michael Wanatee, 29, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Business Highway 30, Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

7:16 p.m.- Tammy Lynn Morton, 61, Prairie City, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 bock of 3205th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 22 at 10:02 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:46 p.m.- Tyler William Galloway, 25, Gilman, arrested in the 500 block of Garfield Street on a charge of domestic assault – bodily injury by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 22 at 10:13 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:44 p.m.- Jessica Rae Stanton, 46, Marshalltown, cited by court on Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.

1:32 p.m.- Byron Lee Mortiz, 20, Tama arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on a charge of assault display of dangerous weapon by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 24 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:27 p.m.- Sydnie Lee Buhrman, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Carleton Street on a charge of domestic assault- impeding air / blood flow by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 24 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 24

2:05 p.m.- Reann Redd, 24, Des Moines, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on 15 counts of forgery, two charges of conspiracy to commit nonforcible felony and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 25 at 9:20 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in Tama on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse- against the victim’s will by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

3:07 p.m.- Jayson Paul Sojka, 44, rural Traer, arrested at 130th Street and O Avenue, Buckingham, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Oct. 25 at 1:51 p.m.

4:24 p.m.- Samuel Guy Selby, 34, Nevada, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 205th Street, rural Tama, on two counts of possession of controlled substance. Released at 8:15 p.m. on surety bond.

11:25 p.m.- Cristian Victor Jose Luis Rivas, 21, Tama, arrested in 2700 block of U.S. Highway 30, rural Chelsea, on a charge of possession of controlled substance by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Oct. 25 at 11:07 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
