8:02 p.m.- Jose Duque, 51, Tama, arrested in he 1000 block of South County Road on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, speeding and reckless driving by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 15 at 10:45 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Oct. 16

10:15 a.m.- Dhuuh Mohamed Hassan, 45, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on a charge of attempted murder by Tama Police.

11:15 a.m.- Luis Antonio Puentes-Lopez, 25, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on a charge of assault causing injury to police officer by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:10 p.m.- Daniel Arteom Dimit, 27, Grinnell, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail, Montezuma, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:48 p.m.- Autumn Nicole Fritz, 25, Grundy Center, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
