Oct. 7

2:22 a.m.- Juan Manuel Gonzalez-Cisteros, 23, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2300 block of Jessup Avenue, Marshalltown, on a warranty for violation of probation and on a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 16 at 10:50 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

4:36 p.m.- Edgar Enrique Matias Barrios, 49, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 8 art 12:04 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:40 p.m.- Skylar Shane Coleman, 28, Battle Creek, Mich., arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 8 at noon after pleading guilty.

Oct. 8

2:42 p.m.- Ralph Kelly Sanchez, 48, Bear City, Texas, arrested in the 200 block of Deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 10:55 a.m. on Oct. 17.

4:11 p.m.- Justin Daniel Brekke, 43, Garwin, arrested at East Broad and South Division streets, Montour, on charges of driving under suspension, vehicle insurance violation, operating without registration and fraudulent use of registration by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 9:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:22 p.m.- Luis Felip Ordaz-Ochoa, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at East 5th Street and Taylor Drive, Tama, on charges of driving while barred, speeding and operating a non-registered vehicle by Toledo Police. Released at 11:24 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 1900 bloc of P Avenue on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
