Iopwa Valley seeks public input for a new strategic plan
Iowa Valley Community College District is seeking public input on its vision statement, mission statement, core values and key core competencies as it begins the process of retiring its 2014-19 Strategic Agenda and developing a new three- to five-year strategic plan.
“We have collected employee feedback on our District vision, mission, core values and key core competencies as we enter a new phase of strategic planning this year,” says Kristie Fisher, IVCCD Chancellor. “As we have spoken with different organizations and community groups about our upcoming bond issue, we decided this was the ideal time to also invite public input and comments about these important topics. We are hopeful that those with ideas and suggestions will take a few minutes to complete the online survey before mid-November.”
The Strategic Agenda influences plans and operations for Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Marshalltown Community College, Iowa Valley Grinnell, and Iowa Valley Continuing Education. A summary of the current Iowa Valley Strategic Agenda is online at forms.iavalley.edu/doclib/IVCCD/Strategic%20Plan%202014-2019.pdf.
