7:05 p.m.- Drew Alan Mathes, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of South 4th Avenue, Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of probation and two additional warrants by Toledo Police and on charges of obstructing prosecution or defense and interference with official acts by Tama Police.

Sept. 20

6:02 p.m.- David Earl Mask, 67, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of Levering Street, Traer, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:33 p.m.- Quentin Paul McGachey, 36, Gladbrook, arrested in the 400 block of 4th Street, Gladbrook, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 21

12:28 a.m.- Walter Dale Johnson, 28, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd street, traer, on charges of 3rd degree criminal mischief, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:09 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:43 p.m.- Gary Lynn Shortly, 63, rural Marshalltown, arrested in the 1800 block of Business Highway 30 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to use headlamps when required by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 22 at 11:26 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
