11 a.m. Ricky Jo Weber, 37, Knoxville, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release. by Toledo Police. Released at 8 p.m. on surety bond.

1:37 p.m.- Joshua Dean Forrester, 30, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 18 at 2:50 p.m. after serving time.

6:02 p.m.- Christine Lynn Bell, 50, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 weson charges of 1st offense drunken driving and violation of restricted license by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 6 on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 6

4:30 p.m.- Tomas J. Meredith, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of South Main on a charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by Toledo Police.

9:48 p.m.- Barth Edward Walter, 50, Luzerne, Iowa, arrested n the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 8

10:41 p.m.- Jeffrey Michael Hurn, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West Grace Street on a charge of domestic assault- bodily injury by Toledo Police. Release on Sept. 9 at 10:16 a.m.

on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 9

8:53 a.m.- Paige Elizabeth Axler, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of East High Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Transferred at 4:20 p.m.

2:07 p.m.- Lance Tyler Mauskemo, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of 5th degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 12 sat 10:45 a.m. on order of the court.

9:14 p.m.- John Roger Shepherd, 64, Tama, arrested st West 13th and McClellan streets on charges of driving while license denied / revoked, operating a non-registered vehicle, vehicle insurance violation and violation of a restricted license by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 10 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 10

8:37 a.m.- Adonis Blake Lasley, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Wets High, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:24 p.m.- Matthew Lynn Walton, 50, Clutier, arrested at Tama County Road E43 and N Avenue on chagres of driving while license denied or revoked and fraudulent use of registration by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 11 at 10:16 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 11

7:23 a.m.- Jeremy Lee Burnett Sr. , 41, Nevada, Iowa, arrested at North County Road and West Madison Street, Toledo, on chagres of driving while license denied or revoked, operating without ignition interlock device and driving under suspension by the Iowa State Patrol.

10:30 a.m.- Kolby James Starits, 26, Clarinda, Iowa, arrested at the Clarinda Correctional Facility on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:05 p.m.- Pa Eh, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
