Retired American flags are being collected at the Toledo Public library until Oct 5 as part of a 4-H Leadership Project by Hunter Caraccio.

A collection box is provided inside the library.

The flags which are collected will be a part of an upcoming flag retirement ceremony planned for the Tama American Legion.
