Aug. 8

1:44 a.m.- Brian Jerome Snow, 35, Toledo, arrested in what was listed as the alley behind the Toledo bank on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released at 5:20 p.m. on surety bond.

7:22 a.m.- Robert Thomas Resor, 23, Toledo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, simulate public intoxication , a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama county sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 16 at 9:01 p.m. on surety bond.

12:44 p.m.- Jose Angel Macinas Jr., 20, Tama arrested in the 500 block of Harmon Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

6:20 p.m.- Caleb John Moyer, 28, Marengo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar rapids, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant by the Ta,a County Sheriff’s Office. Re;eased on Aug. 9 at 1 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 10

12:47 a.m.- Amir Kajtezovic, 30, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 3rd degree burglary of motor vehicle- 2nd offense, 3rd degree theft and violation of parole – probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
