Aug. 5

3:58 p.m.- Anthony Ray Arp, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Grandview Drive on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 6 ay 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

4:35 p.m.- Shanna Daynel O’Clair, 31, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Broadway, Toledo, on a charge of driving while barred by the Iowa State Patrol. Released ya 7:10 p.m. on surety bond.

7:33 p.m.- Haylen Lynn Frese, 25, Blairstown, arrested ta the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 6

3:02 p.m.- Rogelio Flores, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of East 7th Street on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Tama Police. Released at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

4:52 p.m.- Mark Houston Youngbear, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 2100 block of 305th Street, rural Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving under suspension, vehicle insurance violation and failure ot maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 7 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:54 p.m.- Kenneth Wade Osipchack, 30, Chelsea, arrested in the 2100 block of 300th Street, rural Toledo, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 7 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading gulty.

Aug. 7

3:14 a.m.- Quinten Duran Nelson, 28, rural Tama, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des moines, ona charge of violation of temrs of pre-trial release and on a waarnt for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Releaased on Aug. 14 at 12:04 p.m. after serving time.

7 a.m.- Dennis Lee Cooper Jr., 60, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 bloc kof North Mian, Toledo, on a charge of 1st offesne violation of sex offender registry and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release ar 10:45 a.m.

9:14 a.m.- Marie Lynn Morris, 47, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of south Broadway on charges on possession of drug paraphernalia nad interferecne with official acts by Toledo Police. Released on aug. 8 at 9:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:20 a.m.- Mark Allen Morris Sr., 52, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of south Broadfway on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation and a charge of posession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

7:08 p.m.- Tony Lewis Grider, 57, Waterloo, arrsted at the Bremer county Jail, Waverly, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on augf. 8 at 9:18 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
