Mary Boege

Mary Boege, South Tama Schools business manager, was reappointed to the board secretary – treasurer post during the school board’s regular meeting on Monday, July 8. Present were Board President Penny Tyynismaa, and members Alan Kline and Mandy Lekin with Ron Houghton and Jackie Dvorak absent.

For the new fiscal year The State Bank of Toledo and Lincoln Savings Bank, Tama, were again named official district depositories with limits of $15 million each. The Toledo Chronicle and Tama News-Herald were re-designated as official publications for the school district.

The annual application for the School Nutrition Program was alo approved.

Contracts were approved for Devin Whittenburg, middle school education para-professional, Rochelle Kelsey, elementary Title I para-professional and Donny Gitautis, high school custodian.
