The South Tama Food Pantry is located at the corner of 3rd and McClellan streets in downtown Tama. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Eligibility is based upon income and household size as set by Iowa Department of Human Services Emergency Food Distribution Program.

The Food Pantry is staffed by volunteers. The facility location is funded by the South Tama Clothes closet.

Additional funding and food supplies are from local churches, businesses, community organizations and private individuals.
