8:25 p.m.- Derek J. Hutchinson, 30, Tama, arrested at South Broadway and Myrtle Street on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on May 19 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:38 p.m.- Kevin William Lingard, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of Tama County Road E49, Montour, on a charge of possession of controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 19 at 12:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 19

8:02 p.m.- James Francis Henle, 67, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Beals Court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and gather where controlled substances are used by Tama Police.

8:02 p.m.- Amber Jo Purl, 38, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Beals Court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on May 20 at 4:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:15 p.m.- Daisha Marie James, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of State Street on charges of provide false identification to law enforcement and driving without a license by Tama Police. Released on May 20 at 4:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:20 p.m.- Joshua Lane Kapayou, 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Beals Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police. Released on May 20 at 4:05 p.m. after leading guilty.

May 20

10:30 a.m.- Jana Marie Taylor, 35, Grinnell, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released at 2:15 p.m. on May 23.

11:16 p.m.- Zachariah Lewis Dostal, 34, Tama, arrested at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Des monies, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on May 23 at 2 p.m.
