12:35 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 24, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 10 at 12:24 p.m. after serving time.

6 p.m.- Sandy Lee Felt, 66, Geneva, Minn., cited in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of controlled substance.

8:28 p.m.- Win Kwi, 48, Marshalltown, arrested in 1500 block of 305 Street, rural Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 7 at 6:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

9:30 p.m.- Jill Lynnette Goodrich, 37, Toledo, arrested at 400th Street and U.S. Highway 63, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 7 at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:20 p.m.- Crystal Lynn Perez, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear ad a charge of violation parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on May 13 at 7:39 a.m.
