Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging will be hosting a series of Health Fairs throughout Northeast Iowa.

Each of the events will feature local vendors and serve as the kickoff for the distribution of the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks.

The checks can be exchanged at Farmers Markets, roadside stands, and community supported agriculture programs for fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey. Below is a listing of the locations and times. Make plans to attend the event in Tama: June 7 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Tama County Senior Center, 900 E. 5th St.
