9:23 a.m.- Skylier Ross Makes Room For Them, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:30 p.m. on surety bond.

8:05 p.m.- Parnell J. Roberts, 45, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violation and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Toledo Police.

Elisa Marie Davenport, 26, Cedar Falls, cited by the court on a charge of 4th degree theft filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:53 p.m.- Andrew Andres Carrillo, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Butler County Jail, Allison, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on May 1 at 11:40 a.m.

April 30

9:24 p.m.- Justin Daniel Brekke, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of Center Street, Garwin, on a charge of violation of a no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 1 at 11:13 a.m. after pleading guilty.

May 1

11:05 a.m.- Jesus Acevedo, 44, Ames, arrested at the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, Orange City, Iowa, on a charge of 3rd degree sex abuse and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 3 at 10:52 a.m. after posting cash bond.

1:13 p.m.- Tisha Lynn Heintz, 38, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Toledo Police. Transferred on May 2 at 1:39 p.m.

11:30 p.m.- Don Ray Pate, 59, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and Iowa Highway 21, rural Elberon, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 2 at 1:15 a.m. after posting cash bond.

5 a.m.- Brandon Lee Schmidt, homeless, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:50 p.m.- Jeffrey Glen Bowers Barker, 21, Dysart, arrested in the 500 block of Clark Street on a charge of driving while license denied or revoked by Dysart Police. Released on May 3 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:29 a.m.- Nathan Thomas Lucas, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:32 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 24, Traer, arrested at Iowa Highway 21 at Covenant, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:26 p.m.- Jodi Marie Thompson, 48, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on May 4 at 9:05 a.m. on a promise to appear.

May 4

1:14 a.m.- Brian David Pont, 49, Dysart, arrested in the 1200 block of Leer Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and public intoxication by Dysart Police. Released at 12:45 p.m. on a promise to appear.

1:55 a.m.- Corelly Martez Smith, 46, Waterloo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple somatic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:34 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
