April 21

1 a.m.- Joseph Alexander Gilchrist, 30, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of willful injury causing serious injury, assault causing injury and assault-display of dangerous weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 22

1:15 p.m.- Jennifer Kayse Jane Barkalow, 27, Clutier, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 24 ar 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:56 p.m.- Aiden Hunter Kapayou, 23, rural Tama, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:24 p.m.- Molly Anne Weber, 38, Traer, arrested Iowa highways 21 South and 8, Dysart, on a charge of 4th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 23

9:58 a.m.- Michael Jefferson Thede, 48, Toledo, cited by court on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving filed by Tama Police.

6 p.m.- Jeremy Lee Burnett Sr., Nevada, arrested at Business Highway 30 and South Prospect Drive on charges of driving while license denied / revoked, fraudulent use of registration, operating non-registered vehicle and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released on April 24 at 2:25 a.m. on surety bond.

April 24

3 p.m.- Juanita Avalos Carbaja, 60, Maxwell, Iowa, arrested in the 500 block of Wets 5th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police.

April 26

10:32 a.m.- Cynthia Ann Unger, 43, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of West 5th Street on charges of driving while barred and contraband / weapon in correctional facility by Tama Police. Released on April 27 at 12:46 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:30 a.m.- Christopher Allen VerBeek, 44, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 27 at 12:20 p.m. on unsecured bond.

11:56 a.m.- Jessica Anita Perez, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 300 block of South Broadway on two warrants for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on May 3 at 11:13 a.m. on personal recognizance bond
