6:50 p.m.- Juan Gomez, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of South Main a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 7:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 14

3:34 a.m.- Alicia May Martinez, 20, Clutier, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:15 p.m.- Joshua Dean Forrester, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Released on Apri l15 at 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 15

8:14 a.m. Bradley Michael Wanatee, 28, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of 2nd offense simulated public intoxication and driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on April 16 at 9:40 a.m on personal recognizance bond.

April 16

4:39 a.m.- Ricardo Velze Jr., 26, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block kof U.S. 30, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
