Central Rivers Area Education Agency (AEA) is hosting the annual Regional Math Bees and South Tama 6th grade students will compete with nine other schools this Friday, May 3, from 9 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

The individuals and teams performing in the top twenty-five percent at the local events will qualify to compete in the finals taking place on Thursday, May 14, from 9-12:30 at the Cedar Falls Conference Center.

Other schools in the competition at Cedar Falls inlcude Cedar Falls Aldrich Elementary, Cedar Falls Hansen Elementary, Hudson Middle School, Jesup Middle School, Lake Mills, Cedar Falls Lincoln, Iowa Falls Riverbend Middle School, Cedar Falls Southdale Elementary and Independence West Elementary.
