2:02 p.m.- Nicholas Lynn Wheeler, 29, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Garfield Street on a charge of animal neglect by Tama Police. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 1

1:07 p.m.- Rhonda Jean Himschoot, 47, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of Linn Street, Traer, on a charge of 4th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:20 p.m.- James Dale Novotny, 41, LeShara, Neb., cited by the court on a failure to appear felony charge.

April 2

6:10 a.m.- Jarade Allison Purk, 33, Tama, arrested the 800 block of Beautiful Street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 7:10 a.m. after posting cash bond.

9:04 p.m.- Larry Allen Topliff, 64, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of 2nd street, Traer, on charges of possession f controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 3 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 3

12:16 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 45, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail,

Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:16 p.m.- Douglas Edward Cadotte, 45, rural Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail,

Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 4

9:40 a.m.- Trisha Jean Kriegel, 30, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West High, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

April 5

2:39 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 24, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Wets High Street, Toledo, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
