March 11

11:48 p.m.- Tony John Jacobi, 53, Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested in the 400 block of State Street – U. S. Highway 63 on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 12 at 3:11 a.m. on surety bond.

March 13

5:20 p.m.- Robert Loren Crowe, 33, Tama, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at I Avenue on two warrants for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on March 20 at 9:58 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 14

9:05 a.m.- Hollis Jacy Bear, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 14 at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 15

1 a.m.- Christopher Tony Bounmy, 28, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and I Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, vehicle insurance violation, three counts of abandonment / neglect of dependent person, driving under suspension and improper rear vehicle lamps by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 11 a.m.

March 16

11:34 p.m.- Timothy John Riha, 40, Elberon, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released on March 17 at noon on personal recognizance bond.

March 17

1 a.m.- Kiefer Michael Despain, 18, Clutier, Qixx Kevin Kautzer, 20, Dunkerton, Iowa, and Myron Koert Okken, 20, Clutier, arrested in the 100 block of 1st Street Clutier on charges of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Despain released at 12:15 p.m., Kautzer released at 12:17 p.m. and Okkem at 12:25 p.m. all after pleading guilty.

4:54 p.m.- Mata Malee Taylor, 36, Iowa City, arrested in the 100 block of south Broadway on charges of domestic assault-choking / bodily injury, provide false identification to law enforcement, 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and 3rd offense domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police.

March 18

2:01 p.m.- Kendra Christine Savage, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama county sheriff’s Office. Released ta 6:05 pm. on surety bond.

6:48 p.m.- Steven Ray McVay, 18, Chelsea, arrested in the 1000 block of Station Street, Chelsea, on charges of assault casing bodily injury and possession of alcohol under age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:11 p.m.- Jagger Cain Purk 25, Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Highway 30 on charges of driving while license suspended and violation a restricted license by Toledo Police. Released on March 19 at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.
