The Tama Civic Center, 305 Siegel, is the lone polling place for South Tama School District voters to cast ballots today – Tuesday, April 2 – in the Iowa Valley Community College special bond issue election. Polls will be open from noon-8 p.m. Voters will decide upon on issuance of $32 million in bonds to pay for infrastructure and educational improvements at the campuses in Marshalltown, Grinnell and Iowa Falls. A 60 percent approval is required for passage.
