March 5

8:30 a.m.- Ashley Darlene Koehler, 32, Newhall, Iowa, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and V Avenue, rural vining, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while barred and unsafe passing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 7 at 9:26 p.m. on surety bond.

2:18 p.m.- Redmon Lee Keahna, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 7

4:30 a.m.- Merced Patlan, 24, Tama, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:46 a.m.- Jeremy Lee Parker, 41, Des Moines, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of contraband in a correctional facility by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 8 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:02 p.m.- Felipe Montes Jr., 18, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 8 at 11:26 a.m. after pleading guilty.
