March 2

3:43a.m.-Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 36, Whitten, Iowa, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Pollice.

5:22 p.m.- Kaleb Michael Saddler, 22, Grinnell, arrested in the 3000 block of Tama County Road T47, Montour, on a charge of driving under suspension by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:25 p.m. on surety bond.

March 4

1:49 a.m.- Colton Allen Stochl, 20, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on March 7 at 11:55 a.m.

10:45 a.m.- Jessie H. Ortiz, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and eluding by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:22 p.m.

6 p.m.- Sara Beth Purk, 43, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of tampering with a witness or juror, possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on March 7 at 8:35 p.m. on surety bond
