11:28 a.m.- Misty Lynn Thompson-Carson, 48, Coggon, Iowa, cited by court on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by Dysart Police.

2:53 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 24, Traer, arrested at North Main and West State streets on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial released on March 2 at 11:41 a.m.
